I’m Stephanie, the founder of HR Strategy Labs. Over the last decade, I've led transformative initiatives within hyper-growth startups, guiding them from inception to successful exits. Typically, my journey often starts at the inception of a company’s growth trajectory, where I step in as the first hire or primary point of contact post-seed and early series funding. Having supported over 13 startups across various industries, I've played pivotal roles in leading one company to IPO and navigating five merger and acquisition processes. My expertise extends across Technology, E-Commerce, and beyond, blending insights from my background in Psychology and Human Resources. As an advisor to several ATS and HRIS startups, I bring a unique blend of strategic vision and practical know-how to every project.
